Innovative Doctoring was founded by Jeffrey Grossman, M.D. to promote the creative process among physicians. Based on the book, Innovative Doctoring: Solutions Lie Within Us, the focus of the organization is celebrating and nurturing the skills physicians possess to make major impacts in healthcare. Innovative Doctoring encourages physicians in thinking creatively and shows the unique position they are in to make positive changes in the health care industry.

The Innovative Doctoring Conference is designed to help physicians learn to develop the creative skills necessary to put ideas into action. Through brainstorming sessions with industry leaders and lectures by innovators in the field, physicians will develop the tools needed to become innovative in their professional as well as personal life.
